Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll be contacted at the email you provide at checkout with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.99 on every order, plus a 3% payment processing fee — both shown as separate line items at checkout before you pay. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you're not satisfied, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
